FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We take great pride in our work and the high-quality finishes we deliver. If you have any questions about our services or processes, we are always happy to share our expertise and provide any information you need.

WHAT COLOUR CHOICES DO YOU OFFER? We offer endless colour options for all projects! Whether you have a specific shade in mind or need a custom match, we provide bespoke colour matching using premium coatings to achieve the perfect finish.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY? UPVC spraying provides a long-lasting, durable finish, often matching the lifespan of factory-applied coatings on new windows. At Summit Spraying, we use the same professional-grade 2K paints and techniques used in factory settings, ensuring a finish that’s equally resilient and UV-resistant. This process creates a seamless bond with the UPVC surface, resulting in a finish that resists peeling, cracking, and fading for many years. By spraying windows in situ, we offer the same high-quality results without the hassle and cost of window replacement. With proper care, our UPVC spraying can last 10-15 years or more, maintaining its color and integrity even in challenging weather conditions.

HOW DURABLE IS THE PAINT? At Summit Spraying, we use 2K (two-component) paints for the majority of our projects because they offer unmatched durability and a professional, factory-quality finish. Unlike single-component paints, 2K paints include a hardener that chemically reacts with the paint base, creating an exceptionally tough and resilient surface. This hardened finish is not only more resistant to scratches, chips, and wear from daily use but also withstands exposure to moisture, heat, and household chemicals, making it ideal for kitchens, UPVC, and other high-traffic areas. By using 2K paints, we ensure that our work provides lasting beauty and protection, standing up to the demands of everyday life and retaining its vibrant colour and smooth finish for years to come.

CAN YOU SPRAY ANY KITCHEN CABINETS? We can spray a wide range of kitchen finishes, from laminate and wood to MDF and thermofoil. Whether you have a modern, traditional, or contemporary kitchen, we can refresh your cabinets, doors, and drawers with a flawless, factory-quality finish. Additionally, we specialise in refurbishing surfaces that are delaminating, peeling, or damaged. Our expert spraying process restores these surfaces to like-new condition for a fraction of the price.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE CABINETS BEFORE ? We take care of all the cleaning and preparation of your surfaces before spraying. We use professional cleaning methods to ensure that each surface is primed and ready for the best possible finish.

IS SPRAYING MESSY? At Summit Spraying, we take every precaution to ensure a clean, mess-free spraying process. Before starting any job, we carefully protect all surrounding areas with high-quality masking materials, covering floors, walls, appliances, and other surfaces to prevent any overspray. We also use professional-grade extraction systems to capture airborne particles and fumes, maintaining a clean and controlled environment throughout the process. Each step of our preparation and cleanup is designed to keep your space pristine, so when the job is complete, all that’s left is a flawless, factory-quality finish without any mess left behind.
